"In Conversation"

This was the very first work of art that I created for this series about spirals.  Here is my artist statement.

This spiral is much larger than the other one because I drew all the way to the edges.  There is no border.  I was interested in how we tend to have the same conversations over and over, especially if you have a repetitive job.  However there are nuances and minute variations each day.  When you zoom out and look at the intersections of these variations, I think it creates an interesting kaleidoscope where blues and yellows mix into greens.
